Firoz Property Management is a UK Serviced Accommodation provider based in Hampshire. Our vision is to offer short-term accommodation mainly for contractors, business professionals and corporate executives.

Currently, we have accommodation in Basingstoke, Aldershot and Farnborough.

You need to be over 18 to book with us, however, guests staying with you can be under 18 as long as there is a supervising adult or carer.

We will always try our best to accommodate your special requests. If you have booked with us before and enjoy a specific apartment, or when you have been recommended a specific apartment, please let our booking team know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM.

We will always try our best and accommodate late check outs, but it is subject to availability. Please contact our team if you would like a late check out and they will be able to look into this for you.

Hairdryers are provided in the majority of our accommodation, however, it’s worth checking the specific accommodation information to confirm.

You will receive all check-in instructions on your actual check-in date.

Access details will be detailed in your check-in instructions. Generally, this will describe directions on how to get to the accommodations, where the keys for your accommodation are, what floor the apartment is located on, how to access parking and any other necessary information.

Depending on the location, we will detail which accommodation includes free parking and many local options. Kindly check the apartment that you are booking and what your reservation fee includes.

Yes. Pets are allowed by arrangement (£10 charge per night regardless of the number of the pets checking in).

Most accommodation has lifts and wheelchair access. Kindly ask our bookings team for specific details and inform them of any special requirements you may have.

Wi-fi is available in all of our accommodation.

Our accommodation will always come with complimentary toiletries and a welcome pack for our guests.

Apart from the standard cleaning fee and damage deposit which is completely refundable upon checkout, there are no hidden charges for our accommodation unless there are additional people.

It is our standard procedure to ask you to sign our terms and conditions which will require a signature and a photo ID (Photo Driving License/ Passport) together with a safety damage deposit through a 3D Secure payment link which will be sent via email from our reservations department within 2 weeks of your actual check-in date.

Please inform us (Firoz Property Management Ltd) of your expected arrival time. Moreover, bringing extra people in addition to the number you have booked for is considered as a booking violation and we will have no other choice but to ask everyone to leave the premises.

Security cameras are installed on the front and back of the house for the safety of our guests and for the security of the property as well.

This property will NOT accommodate stag, hen or any similar parties.
