Firoz Property Management is a UK Serviced Accommodation provider based in Hampshire. Our vision is to offer short-term accommodation mainly for contractors, business professionals and corporate executives.
Currently, we have accommodation in Basingstoke, Aldershot and Farnborough.
You need to be over 18 to book with us, however, guests staying with you can be under 18 as long as there is a supervising adult or carer.

Our accommodation will always come with complimentary toiletries and a welcome pack for our guests.
Apart from the standard cleaning fee and damage deposit which is completely refundable upon checkout, there are no hidden charges for our accommodation unless there are additional people.
It is our standard procedure to ask you to sign our terms and conditions which will require a signature and a photo ID (Photo Driving License/ Passport) together with a safety damage deposit through a 3D Secure payment link which will be sent via email from our reservations department within 2 weeks of your actual check-in date.
Please inform us (Firoz Property Management Ltd) of your expected arrival time. Moreover, bringing extra people in addition to the number you have booked for is considered as a booking violation and we will have no other choice but to ask everyone to leave the premises.
Security cameras are installed on the front and back of the house for the safety of our guests and for the security of the property as well.
This property will NOT accommodate stag, hen or any similar parties.
